We, the Manufacturer, hereby certify that all the listed items meet the U.S standards under the CPSC and ASTM. Items were tested with pre-production and production samples which met all necessary standards. All our finishes are non-toxic.
Evolur furniture is manufactured overseas in either Mainland China or Vietnam. All our mattresses are manufactured in our facility in the U.S.A.
A standard full-sized crib mattress sheet will fit a standard full-sized crib mattress. For a portable/mini crib mattress a portable crib mattress sheet will suffice.
All our full-sized cribs are tested to withstand weight up to 50 lbs.
For our cribs that have a toddler bed conversion Universal Toddler rails need to be purchased separately to make the conversion. Universal Toddler rails are available on the retail site from where you purchased your crib.
All our conversion kits are specially designed for each crib and sold separately. To ensure a safe transition from the crib, we request to use the specific rail for your crib. Please connect with our customer support experts via live chat on our website or drop us an email, and our team will support you with locating the right rail as well as offer any conversion support required.
We do not provide mattresses with our cribs/beds. However, there are times when we run promotions with our retailers that include mattresses. These are generally on a select number of products for a finite amount of time.

Age and size tend to vary. Therefore, when it comes to testing furniture, governmental regulations generally use not age but weight as a barometer.
There are cribs with the feature that allows you to raise or lower mattresses. The heights vary from style to style. Please check with our help desk and one of our representatives will gladly assist.
Our products are safe as per the guidelines provided for lead and phthalates by CPSC and ASTM and are tested/certified by 3rd party laboratories.
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We would be more than happy to assist you and ensure you receive the proper replacement parts for your product. In order to ensure that we have and send out the correct parts, please contact our help desk and open a ticket with the following information to help us identify the product:
- Style Number
- Manufacturer Date
- Color
- Place where it was purchased
- Part that is missing/damaged as it would appear in the instruction manual
- If you can provide Proof of Purchase (if the product was ordered online, you can simply just forward the confirmation email that was sent to you upon ordering)
- Photos depicting the reported damage
Once we have the requested information, we can begin to process and locate the parts and have them sent to you as soon as possible. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to respond to the ticket.
To obtain the manufacturing date and code simply locate the law tag on your product. On our furniture this would be the sticker located on the rails.
Most common of the enquiries we receive are those related to hardware. If you decide to place an order simply open a ticket at our help desk. Please be sure to include the manufacture date to ensure that we send you the correct set. The information can be located on the crib itself.

The size for all standard crib mattresses is regulated by the Federal government.
The minimum size is 27 1/4” x 51 5/8”. Cribs are also regulated, but their interior dimensions have a “plus or minus” tolerance from the standard 28 x 52 3/8 rectangle.
For portable or mini-cribs 38” x 24”.
